When I became a mother - I wasn't at all prepared for how hard it would be to be the mom I wanted to be. To be calm and available no matter what!

When I became a mother I wasn't at all prepared for how challenging it would be to be the calm, steady presence I wanted to be.

Being a gentle & responsive mother is far easier with hypothetical kids than it is with real ones!

My journey, so far, has been all about learning to integrate the wisdom I've gained in my professional life as a healer, coach & therapist with being a mother. I've learned a lot about what it takes to overcome the challenges of creating time for myself, prioritising my own needs, and being open to receiving support from others. I've learned what it truly takes to release the stress, overwhelm and worry about getting it right...so I can relax into my role ...and enjoy this time with my kids.


Now, I support other mothers to do the same - through free resources and trauma-informed online courses & programmes. I help them bring their best selves to parenting ...so they can be the mothers they want to be ...and enjoy the journey along the way too!
